Taking Charge of Your Future

Career Transitions Center West Michigan (CTCwm) revitalizes and empowers our members by offering career education and coaching in a supportive environment that’s focused on empowering you to take the next step in your professional life. We have two programs currently being offered to our members.

"Taking Charge of Your Future" is our low-cost, highly intensive 90-day program that is designed for members seeking the "deep-dive" approach to designing and implementing an Action Plan for their career.

"Taking Charge" members may be currently employed looking for direction, those that have been out of the workforce taking time to raise their families, new college graduates and professionals that need an Action Plan, guidance, and support to realize their career goals.
