Next Steps To-Go

Career Transitions Center West Michigan (CTCwm) revitalizes and empowers our members by offering career education and coaching in a supportive environment that’s focused on empowering you to take the next step in your professional life. We have two programs currently being offered to our members.

Our "Next Steps To-Go" Program is offered to any individual in the West Michigan community that has been involuntarily displaced from their jobs through lay-off, buy-out, or early retirement. Next Steps is a 4-part program that leads participants through a process of self-discovery, alignment of their message, and communicating their unique value to perspective employers. This program is being offered throughout the West Michigan area.
