Experienced in transitions herself, DeDe Esque helps CTCwm clients discover the best way to honor and persevere amidst transitions into transformation. DeDe’s passion is to coach and inspire clients through personal exploration and thought generation, enabling them to align their skills and accomplishments toward rich possibilities.

DeDe Esque brings twenty-three years of experience to her volunteer role with CTCwm primarily in leadership, HR and training and organizational development. While her most recent work was in the non-profit sector as President and CEO of a private foundation, much of her professional experience has been in the financial and retail sectors, including, workforce acquisition and retention; management and leadership development; team coaching and facilitation. DeDe’s facilitation experience also stems from her work with the Institutes for Healing Racism, GR Public Schools and The White House Project. She holds a BA in Marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and is pursuing her Coaching Certification through the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara. |
