David Beach has over 25 years of experience in the human resources field. He has held executive positions with Meijer in the areas of Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Organizational Development. During David's tenure at Meijer the organization has grown from 40 stores and one distribution center to over 200 stores and four distribution centers.

David has his B.A. from the University of Michigan in Economics and English and lives in Grand Rapids with his wife Mary and their four children.
