Chris Atwater brings a broad base of business experience to the coaching role.  He has a passion for listening, encouragement and creative thinking that allows him to engage clients to identify more purposeful work and careers.  He helps his clients translate their skills, strengths and interests to bring value to prospective fields and employers. 

Chris Atwater has a bachelor's degree in business management and majored in real estate.  He has 30 years of experience in small business organizations as a commercial appraiser, consultant, asset manager, property manager and leasing agent, both as an employee and partner/owner. Chris has lived in West Michigan for 20 years and is married with 2 children.  He is currently President of Waters Tenant Representation LLC, a real estate brokerage and consulting firm specializing in exclusive tenant representation for office, retail and light industrial space.
