Job coaches provide personalized 1-on1 client consultation. They help job seekers develop a clearer picture of the relationship between their qualifications, the requirements of their desired career direction(s) and plans for success.
CTCwm coaches are volunteers with a wide variety of backgrounds and skills. They don’t have a standard “magic solution” for everyone; mostly, they are patient listeners who provide feedback based on their years of professional and personal experience.
