Sponsor a job seeker for CTCwm's 30-day intensive program called “Taking Charge of Your Future.” You, your church, business or professional organization can make the difference. More than 200 people have landed jobs or “next steps” in their careers in under 90 days through this program.  By sponsoring a “Taking Charge” member, you give them a team of human resources and hiring professionals to provide support through a sometimes challenging job transition.
